Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Kiley served as Vice President - Investor Relations for The Michaels Companies from 2016-2019 and Vice President – Investor Relations for Family Dollar Stores from 2005-2015. Kiley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.

Katy Hallberg is a Vice President on the Specialty Retail, Luxury, and Department stores team. Prior to joining TD Cowen in November 2021, Katy Hallberg was an equity research associate at D.A. Davidson covering consumer retail companies. Ms. Hallberg received a BA in finance and certificate of international business from the University of Washington.
