Mark Loehr, Chief Executive Officer, OpenExchange Incorporated

Mark is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the financial sector. Mark’s vision for OpenExchange is driven by his ability to see where traditional financial services are enhanced by technological advancements. He was previously CEO of Soundview Technology Group and, through its acquisition of Soundview, an EVP of Charles Schwab Corp. Before Soundview, Mark was the head of investment banking of the firm’s predecessor, Wit Capital, the first online investment bank, known for pioneering innovation to the distribution of IPOs. Earlier in his career, he was with Smith Barney, and was president of Smith Barney Pacific, head of global equity sales and head of equity capital markets. Mark currently serves on the board of Proctor Academy. He earned his BA in economics from Cornell University.

Norman Anderson, Chairman & CEO, CG/LA Infrastructure

Norman F. Anderson is Chairman & CEO of CG/LA Infrastructure. He oversees the four pillars of CG/LA’s business: Blueprint 2025 2X, including strategic advocacy to double U.S. infrastructure investment; the Leadership Forum platform - including globally, the U.S. and Eurasia, as well as Latin America; GlobalViP, an algorithm- driven tool for infrastructure project owners; and Strategic Advisory, including M&A and both brownfield and greenfield investment opportunities. The National Infrastructure Performance Council, Blueprint 2025’s steering committee, is anchored by founding chairmen Hank Greenberg and David Petraeus.Mr. Anderson is, or has been, a member of various World Economic Forum groups, including the Global Advisory Council on Infrastructure, the Strategic Infrastructure Initiative, and the Advisory Committee on Building Foundations for Transparency. He initiated and co-authored the WEF’s study on Accelerating Infrastructure Delivery (May 2014). For the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee he authored a White Paper on economic statecraft, focused on infrastructure markets worldwide (June 2014). He has taught at Columbia University in New York City, teaching a course on Engineering & Entrepreneurship. He is a partner in CAMG, a pan-Atlantic infrastructure fund.He is a regular contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg, CBC and Fox Business News, discussing the US and global infrastructure markets. Mr. Anderson began his career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay, serving for a total of five years. He is married to the former Ingrid Sckell, and has two children - Norman Gabriel (32), an attorney at Latham & Watkins; and Janina Victoria (30), a visual artist and professor at Concordia University in Montreal. He speaks four languages, including Portuguese. He has a graduate degree from Harvard University.

Nick Cleary, Chairman and CEO, Consolidated Land and Rail Australia Pty Ltd

Mr. Cleary’s background is in a range of fields including agri-business, financial services and real estate. Nick founded CLARA and subsidiary Infrastructure Corporation Australia (2011) to seek out new infrastructure opportunities to be supported by the private sector including High Speed Rail and Inland City Development. Passion for the potential of the Smart Cities Industry and the growth prospects it holds, Nick’s desire to change the way people live in a growing urbanised world provides abundant motivation to fulfil CLARA’s vision.Nick, through CLARA, is investigating new and innovative economic models to ensure infrastructure and land use are aligned in future growth plans. Environmental, economic and social sustainability is key in improving new and existing cities and Nick is excited by the opportunity this presents.A wide network across many industries enables great relationships to be formed and developed by Nick. Formally involved in politics, Nick held the role of Vice Chairman of the NSW Nationals for a number of years, and he has played a role in a number of philanthropic and charitable organisations, living the mantra of connected communities are the best communities.
