Shahram Askarpour, Chief Executive Officer, Innovative Solutions & Support
Shahram Askarpour joined IS&S in 2003 as Vice President of Engineering. In March 2012 he was promoted to President. Since 2003, he has been a key contributor to the company’s leadership, strategy and technology. Dr. Askarpour has more than 40 years of aerospace industry experience in increasingly responsible technical and managerial positions. Prior to joining IS&S, he was employed by Smiths Aerospace (a division of Smiths Group PLC), Instrumentation Technology and Marconi Avionics. He holds a number of key patents in the aviation field. Dr. Askarpour was awarded an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Middlesex University in the United Kingdom, a post graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering and a PhD in Automatic Control from Brunel University London. He was an Associate Research Fellow for three years at Brunel and has published numerous papers in leading international peer reviewed journals. He has also completed management courses at Carnegie Mellon University and finance courses at the Wharton School.
Michael Linacre, Chief Financial Officer, Innovative Solutions & Support
Prior to joining IS&S in 2022, Mr. Linacre, worked as a public accountant at KPMG LLP. He also held finance leadership positions at Genpak, LLC, a food service packaging company, and SI Group, Inc., a chemical manufacturing company, before serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Sysco Albany, LLC, a subsidiary of Sysco Corporation, a multinational seller, marketer, and distributor of food products, and of Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing & Heating Contractors, Inc., a provider of plumbing, sewer and drain, heating and cooling design, installation and maintenance services. Mr. Linacre is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs. He attended the State University of New York at Albany.
Dan Aldridge, Founder, Managing Partner, Asbury Investor Relations
Dan is currently the Managing Partner for Asbury Investor Relations (AIR). AIR is an innovative strategic communications firm, focused on helping small and mid cap public companies to maximize their efforts with the investment community. They offer a value-added alternative to traditional IR resource models with services ranging from advisory and special situation engagements to full and partial outsourcing of key investor relations functions. He is also the President of the National Investor Relations Institute for the Southeast and has been on the board of directors for the past five years. He was formerly the Senior Director of Investor Relations (IR) for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where was responsible for managing the company’s relationships with the investment community, and creating and disseminating all financial communications, including the company’s strategy and vision. Prior to ICE, Dan led the Investor Relations function for CF Industries, INC., based in Chicago, IL. Prior to CF, Dan helped lead the IR department at The Home Depot and had leadership roles in their internal audit/consulting and FP&A functions for over seven years. Dan started his career at UPS where he had increasing levels of responsibility in the Internal audit, and FP&A departments, including M&A. Dan is a graduate of The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BA and Masters degrees in Accounting. Dan also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.
